If you own two bikes and want to use Sandstorm with both, you need an xtra (second) pair of rear fastening buckles for the second bike.
If you want to use Sandstorm with just one bike, you don't need this article - one set of rear fastening buckles is already included in Sandstorm's scope of supply.
